No, you can place an order without an account.

When you have completed the ordering process, you will see the message "Thank you. Your order has been received. " and the password will also be displayed
of your order as well as the other details. You will also be sent an email with all the details about your order.

Shipping cost: 4 € for shipments up to 2 kg. For each additional kg + 0.80 €

In our company we always make sure to deliver exactly what you have chosen in the best quality. If nevertheless the order you have received is not
correct or a product is defective, we provide you with the possibility of replacing the defective product. All you have to do is send us back the defective product and you
we send the right one at no extra charge.

In case you wish to return a product, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, taking into account the following conditions.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition and its packaging has not been opened.

Money return
In this case you will be charged a refund of € 3, which you will not give to the courier at the time of delivery but will be automatically deducted from the amount of money you will receive back, from the value of the product or products you returned.
Your refund will be made depending on the payment method you have chosen at the time of purchase:
• On your debit / credit card, if the order has been paid through it.
• In the bank account that you have filled in on the return form, if the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery.

Your refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the products from our company.

You can redeem the discount coupon as soon as you enter the code in the DISCOUNT COUPON field, which you will find on the order registration page.

• If the coupon code is valid and your order meets the redemption requirements, then a confirmation message will be displayed below
the coupon field & the discount will be automatically seen in your order.
• If the password is not valid, then a relevant message will be displayed & there will be no change in the value of your order.
